omotesite ("I", "me") handles personal information on omotesite.com and on sites I build and manage as follows.
What I collect
- What you enter in the contact form (salon name, URL, your name, reply address, message)
- Anonymous analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type). Nothing that identifies you
How I use it
- To build and send you a draft
- After you sign, to build, manage and bill for your site
- Aggregate stats to improve this site
No marketing emails, no lists, no sharing with third parties unless required by law.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal identifiers.
Retention
If you don't go ahead after the draft, your details are deleted within 30 days. If you sign, they're kept for one year after the contract ends, then deleted. Ask any time and I'll delete them.
