Photos with people come from you. Interiors and treatment imagery can be generated. Domain registration and renewal are included in the monthly fee; all you do is pick the name.
Straight answers
- Hosting and care are included. Hosted and Managed include hosting, SSL, domain renewal, maintenance and edits, with ownership from launch. Monthly also pays off the build over six payments; ownership transfers once those payments are complete.
- You approve the site before launch. Hosted and Managed: $500 to start, $1,000 after your approval. Monthly: no upfront payment; $250 a month for six months from launch, then $95 a month.
- Domain ownership is written into the agreement. It belongs to you from launch on Hosted and Managed, or once all six required payments are paid on Monthly.
- Cancel anytime with a month's notice. Your site files and your domain go with you, at no charge. On the Monthly plan this applies from month 7, once the build is paid off.
- Based in Japan, working with U.S. salons remotely. Payments go through Stripe, and I can provide a W-8BEN if your accountant asks.

Questions
What happens if I cancel?
Hosted and Managed: give a month's notice, with no cancellation fee. Monthly: a six-month minimum applies; to leave earlier, pay the remaining required payments in one payment. Once all six payments are settled, the site and domain transfer to you. If payment stops before then, the site is taken offline and does not transfer. From month 7, cancel with a month's notice. When you own the site, I provide the files as a zip and help transfer your domain at no charge.
Do I need to buy the domain myself?
No. Pick the name and I register and renew it; the cost is in the monthly fee. Ownership is yours from launch on Hosted and Managed, or once all six required payments are paid on Monthly. The agreement records this.
Can I keep Vagaro / GlossGenius / Square?
Yes. Your site links to your booking page. I don't replace it.
Who does the updates?
On Managed, you message me and I do it. On Hosted, updates are $75 each.
How do I pay?
Card through Stripe. Hosted and Managed: $500 to start and $1,000 before launch, then monthly autopay. Monthly: $250 a month for six months from launch, then $95 a month. Invoices and receipts are automatic.
Is there an option without the upfront fee?
Yes. Monthly is $0 upfront, then $250 a month for six months and $95 a month after that. Managed service is included from launch. The site and domain become yours once all six required payments are paid. To leave before month 6, pay the remaining payments in one payment. You're in Japan. Does that matter?
Everything is done over email and a short call if you want one. I reply within one business day (Japan time, so usually overnight for you). You approve the site before launch, ownership follows your plan's payment terms, and payments go through Stripe. If your accountant asks, I can provide a W-8BEN.
