FAQ
Questions
What happens if I cancel?
Give a month's notice, no fee. You get the whole site as a zip (HTML, CSS, images). The domain is already in your name, so nothing to transfer.
Can I keep Vagaro / GlossGenius / Square?
Yes. Your site links to your booking page. I don't replace it.
Who does the updates?
On Managed, you message me and I do it. On Hosted, updates are $75 each.
How do I pay?
Card through Stripe. Setup in two payments, monthly on autopay. Invoices and receipts are automatic.
You're in Tokyo. Does that matter?
Everything is done over email and a short call if you want one. I reply within one business day. If your accountant asks, I can provide a W-8BEN.
